We are committed to getting your sealed Pokémon TCG products to you quickly, safely, and securely. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship Australia-wide (including metro, regional, and remote areas) and international.
We do not ship to PO Boxes (unless using specific Australia Post options).
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM AEST/AEDT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
We will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use Australia Post for reliable and trackable delivery: Standard Parcel Post – Most affordable option (2–6 business days* delivery, tracked)
Express Post – Faster option (1–3 business days* delivery, tracked & signature on request for higher-value orders)
*Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, peak periods (e.g., holidays), or remote locations.
We carefully package all items to protect sealed products: Booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and similar items are placed in sturdy cardboard boxes with bubble wrap/padding.
Smaller items are shipped in reinforced satchels or boxes with protective filling.
We are not responsible for delays or issues once the package is handed to the carrier.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on: Order weight & size (cubic weight may apply for larger parcels)
Delivery location
Approximate 2026 rates (indicative only – check current Australia Post pricing): Small/light orders (e.g., single booster pack or small bundle up to 500g): $10–$15 AUD (Standard)
Medium orders (e.g., ETB or few boxes, 1–3kg): $15–$25 AUD
Larger/heavier orders: $25+ AUD (may use Express for better protection)
We offer flat-rate shipping options on qualifying orders (e.g., $12.95 flat Australia-wide for orders under 3kg – subject to change).
Free shipping may apply on orders over $150 (or your chosen threshold) – displayed at checkout.
All prices include GST where applicable. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees (none expected for domestic).
5. Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include tracking.
For orders valued over $200, we may add signature on delivery or extra insurance at our discretion (cost included in shipping fee).
You can track your order via the link in your dispatch email or on the Australia Post website.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once dispatched, the package is in the care of Australia Post.
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the damage/packaging.
We will assist with filing a claim with Australia Post (most tracked parcels are covered up to $100–$5,000 depending on service).
Under Australian Consumer Law, if the product arrives damaged due to transit, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund (we will cover reasonable costs where applicable).
We are not liable for loss/damage caused by incorrect delivery address provided by you.
7. Important Notes for Pokémon TCG Products
All products are sold sealed and unopened unless directed otherwise. (rip and shipping).
Due to the collectible nature, we recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and reporting issues immediately.
We take every care in packaging, but rough handling by carriers can occasionally occur.
